• Endorsed candidates don’t have to agree with us on every issue. However, candidates must show a willingness to be open and honest about the issues that are important to our families in Michigan’s 12th Congressional District and how they plan to best serve the needs of their neighbors as an elected official.

• In some instances, the committee will ask to meet with a candidate or representative of the candidate to ask follow-up questions and learn more about how we can work together.

The endorsement committee reviews questionnaires on a rolling basis. For this reason, we encourage you to apply early.

We have a priority deadline of June 1st, 2026 for primary races and October 1st, 2026 for general election races.
